Brian Wildman

Hello! My name is Brian and I am the owner and creator of Wildman Design Co. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to have my own woodworking business. I guess you can say that I have always loved working with wood. From taking years of woodshop in high school, to then working in a high end cabinet shop that created some unique pieces from a house for the Jacobs family in San Diego and a rotating bed at the top of a penthouse overlooking Petco Park. 

I started Wildman Design Co. to create custom woodworking  pieces to meet clients’ specific needs. I love working with different woods which have included birch, walnut, white oak, purple heart and my new favorite, sugar gum eucalyptus. I recently started working with a local lumber yard that is helping the environment by taking local trees that were destined to the landfills and instead milling them to use in wood projects for local nonprofits and local woodworkers who will upcycle the pieces. 

I am really proud of the precision of my work and attention to detail. I enjoy when clients give me a challenging design and give me freedom to take my experience to create a unique piece for their space. My goal is to enhance your space with custom woodwork that fits your specific needs.
